What you really need to do, is go out and get yourself some tanks of Nitrogen, Oxygen, Carbon Dioxide.
Then fill the ball with about 80% nitrogen, with oxygen comprising most of what's left, and then the CO[sub]2[/sub].
If you really want to be precise, you should get a bunch of other trace gasses in there too. Not sure where you could get the right mixture though...
