I've had both TW/RR and WOW. I'd say for basic cable and fast internet, WOW is better for both. WOW has ESPN Classic and ONN on the basic lineup, TW does not. I was getting a consistent 5.5 Mbps downstream on my WOW internet. Also cheaper, I believe around 75 bucks a month.
At my new place, I had to get TW. They have a 12-month special of digital cable w/o movies, plus RR for 78 bucks a month. Not sure what the price jumps to after 1 months, but it's a good deal for now. I'd still get WOW if I could.

Thanks for the feedback everyone. I think with my budget, Wow is the way to go. I can see the attraction of TW if I had more money in the bank. But cheaper w/ ONN is a no-brainer.
