So, I made a bet in 2003 with an Army buddy of mine whom happens to be a diehard Iowa fan. We got to drinking the one night and he declared that Iowa would not only beat tOSU, but they would also win the Big 10. He was crazy and this seemed to be easy money. Well, we all know how that worked out. I have owed him tickets to a game since then. Seeing as how this is the last year we'll be playing them for a while, I guess it is time for me to pay up. Is there anyone that can help me out?
