Last Friday, I bought 4 tickets at face value plus $15 shipping from the Troy ticket office. Tickets to be sent out in mid-August. As with everyone else, they did not know where the tickets would be located so they may not be the best seats (visitor's section) but it beats the prices that I've been seeing on e-Bay, also for seats in unknown locations.
The ticket office is open Mon-Fri, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM, closed from 12:00 - 1:00 PM. Note that Troy is central time (1 hour behind). Phone number is 1-877-878-9467. Person on the phone was real nice, no questions and gave no indication about how many they have left to sell, but it didn't sound like they were close to being out yet.

If you can get your money back, I'd do it. You'll be able to scalp tickets to this game pretty cheap at the stadium. I would guess even cheaper if we happen to lose to SC.
