Nebraska at #23 tOSU, Tues 3/1, 7 ET on BTN

Agreed but the team as it stands does not inspire confidence.

It’s Branham and EJ on offense, which luckily may be good enough to carry you on any given night.

Ahrens lost confidence in his shot. If he's not making threes he doesn't offer much else. KY and Zed are hit or miss - don't have either of them tonight, though.

I think this is just a team that without one more go-to player (whether that's Kyle, Seth, or Sueing) really hurts for productive depth and doesn't have the gas in the tank for games and situations like this. Let's hope we get back to "full strength" with everyone except Towns and Sueing for a March Madness run.

This is what was happening regularly over Matta's last 2-3 years. Might as well keep Holtmann and not pay the buyout.

Injuries and the effect they've had on depth are catching up to them.

They're a rim protector and 3&D guy away from being a dangerous team. I don't follow BB recruiting, but if Branham comes back and they have some good recruits coming in, it will help a lot.

EJ hits that and maybe got a shot. Now they’re done.

It’s amazing how neutralized Ahrens is. Absolutely nothing from him for the last couple months.

He lost faith in his shot and it shows. He's faking on looks he would have taken without hesitation earlier in the season and last year. Unless he manages to find his confidence again, he won't really be a threat to provide points.
