The next time anyone from this board starts whining about the back to back 06-07 seasons as something akin to a failure, they need to look at Oklahoma this year and try to get it through their thick [censored]ing heads how rare and difficult it is to play for a National Championship, let alone play in two in a row...

Anyone from this board? People outside of Ohio are way more hung up on and think this is an indictment of the OSU program than do OSU fans.

Anyone from this board? People outside of Ohio are way more hung up on and think this is an indictment of the OSU program than do OSU fans.

What's really amazing is that there are probably more Ohio State fans who want to fire Jim Tressel (91-21, .813 winning percentage, 5 Big Ten titles, one national championship) than there are Michigan fans who want to fire Rich Rodriguez (8-14, .364 winning percentage, no titles of any kind whatsoever).

Not as many surely, but some, after a tough loss. (I do not ascribe that view to LJB, just using his post for the point that some are not happy)
