- Top 100 (Fully Exempt): Players finishing in the top 100 receive guaranteed entry into all full-field PGA Tour events.
- Nos. 101–150 (Conditional Status): Players who finish outside the top 100 but inside the top 150 receive conditional status. They are ranked into priority categories that determine which full-field events they are eligible to enter as alternates or via tournament reshuffles.
- Beyond No. 150: Players finishing between 151 and 200 receive lower conditional status, while finishing outside the top 200 results in a complete loss of status, requiring players to regain their card through avenues like PGA Tour Q-School.
