I would agree, as long as we play well. If we played like we did against UCF last week & Cal today, it will be tough to win games in the B1G

There is no way the defense can be worse than what they were today. That was the most rushing yards we've give up in a while, and Michigan St. doesn't have speed at the runningback position like Cal possesses. If we put a hat on Bell we should neutralize their offense. I also think that if we get Hyde back, and at full strength in terms of our play-makers, I think we can give them a tough time. We don't have the best offense in the BIG for nothin'.

The skill position players for Cal are far better than Michigan State overall. They have no one that can compare to Allen or Bigelow. Bell is a stud but I think our defense is perfect against him, not alot of speed and quickness to break tackles like the others have.

Their QB has yet to impress me either.

Denicos Allen has piles of speed. Max Bullough is a monster at Mike and Chris Norman would be a major upgrade for most B1G teams at OLB.

I meant runningback, I fixed my post. BTW, what has the rest of the BIG faced in terms of defense besides Michigan (against Bama)?

UCF definitely didnt have a lousy defense, last year they were top 10 overall and coming in I think they were as well. They were a decent defensive team.

Im watching this game and the ND receivers are getting behind MSU's DBs consistantley. If the Domer QB could pass it would be 14-0 ND.
