Tonight isn't good for me, but either of the next two nights should work. I'm off work this week, so anytime during the day works for me too.

But I'm pretty sure our game is just as important as Lakers vs Heat. It's a BIG game, so it should be played on Christmas Day, Nationally televised!

Cincy never lost control of the game and punished the Gamecocks 27-14. With 4 minutes to go, the score was 20-14.... Cincy was forced to punt after a 3rd and 1 pass was dropped by his TE. On the punt, Alshon Jeffrey fumbled which gave the ball back to the #4 team in the country. From there, they drove the field and scored to seal the game. Good game Fanatic!

Good game, jlb. It took me well past the first half to get an idea of what you were trying to do on offense. You had some serious bad luck with your RB going down.

On another note, there's no way Cal should be ranked #3. This team just isn't good. My RB and OTs are good, but that's about it. My QB just sucks. However...

They're both in the 60s. Can you believe that? Both are 4* recruits, the FS was the #10 FS and the TE was the #5 TE, yet they're in the 60s.

I take back EVERYTHING bad I ever said about that tight end. He broke at least two tackles on his way to his game clinching 65 yard TD reception.

Lost to Smooth Olaf's Cal team 26-20.

I didn't figure I had the horses for this one, and was surprised I was able to keep it close and even lead slightly for a good portion of the game.

I had an opportunity to stretch it to a 10-point lead at one point, and threw a pick in the end zone. I had called a WR option (I should have known better), the CB had outside leverage so he should have broke off his route to an inside post. Instead he stayed on the fly route - easy pick. :(

That was one of three big plays in the game, I got one of them, he got two.

Also, I have no idea what I was thinking with my kickoff with :11. Onside kick and hail mary were going to be a longshot anyway, but I had a brain fart and called Kickoff Middle. I couldn't figure out how to audible out of it (if that's even possible) and so I just kicked it away. Oops.

Anyway, good game. My team and myself as a player both have a long way to go.

That's funny, it took me about that long to figure out what I was doing too. :tongue2: I'm a run-first kind of player. You did a good job of stopping it, and I also found out that my RBs and my run blocking all seem to suck. It was that way in practice too. It took a while to get my bearings with the passing playbook. Once you began to stop my TE in the seam though, I was toast. All in all though, I'm not too disappointed with my first game against another human being in over five years.

Your QB was a little off I also noticed. If he didn't sail so many passes, you probably would've hung 50+ on me.

That TE was a beast on that TD play, though you might want to play a couple more games with him before anointing him. My defense sucks at pretty much everywhere except CB - where I'm just OK.

According to his post in the other dynasty's thread, Wood won't be available for the holidays. Our game is most likely not going to get done until next week.
