NCAA2011 (PS3) 3rd Annual BP Online Dynasty

Meat of my schedule is coming up, games against Clemson and FSU will be huge. I'm 1-1 in the league, with my one loss being to VT 10-8.

Which brings me to my question:

Why the fuck does the CPU automatically force your QB to dive if your either in very short yardage or on the goal line? Any other time its up to you, but when it really matters the fucking CPU takes over. In that VaTech game, I was going for two, saw them spread out the line, audibled to the QB sneak play, and the fucker dove into the back of my C, causing him to slide back in the air and miss the goal line. If I was controlling him I would have just plowed over the right side, guaranteed 2 pt conversion since they were in the 3-3-5 Nickel setup.

Goddamn I love it when programmers code shit to make it "better". "Lets have the QB dive LIKE THEY DO IN REAL LIFE!! But wait, in real life they never dive, they usually fall forward and drive with their legs. Naaaahhhh, lets make him fucking belly flop!!!"

This is the Tebow effect from a few years ago. Many people would cheese by taking tebow up the middle for 5 yards every play using QB sneak. Trust me, it's better now than it was then.

Just played a great game against Alabama. They are very very good. I had very little time to pass the ball, only gaining 106 yards through the air. Bolden was a beast in the second half. He ended the day with 30 carries and 163 yards. My defense was the star of the show, after allowing Alabama to score on their first possession in 2 plays. They clamped down and only gave up 217 yards total, 212 of that coming through the air. One huge INT in the endzone at the end of the 1st half kept the score 7-6 Bama. Hopefully Ole Miss starts getting the RESPECT they deserve.

will we advance sometime tonite??

Last night when I checked we still needed 3 guys to play plus me. If I am the only one that needs to play, we'll advance tonight.

So, as long as those 3 guys got their games in, we'll probably advance around 10pm tonight.

As of last night basebuck still needed to get his game in. I failed to check this morning to see if he got his game in late last night.

But we WILL advance no later than 10pm tonight.

Base has been MIA that last week or so it seems.

This is a good time to mention I will be on vacation starting next Wednesday. Wife and I are headed to the Dominican. I will be gone until Monday night. Hopefully I will only miss ONE advance. This is when the online recruiting comes in huge, since I will be able to use the WI-FI at the resort to check up on my recruits and not risk the computer messing them up.

Base has been getting his stuff done though and was last logged onto PSN Tuesday, so we shall see, but he has til tonight.

For this dynasty you won't miss more than one advance. I can make sure of that
