OK, my Online Dynasty web access is up. Apparently I had to change my default persona or something stupid like that. EA's website is such a clusterfuck.

Be careful about online recruiting. The server there has a tendency to time out during calls and you'll lose the time you put into that recruits call.
It happened to me about 3 times before I gave up on online recruiting.
I do, however, like to search for, add, and remove recruits from the online service. That's been helpful. It's also cool to see the stats there too.
