wait, we can move teams to different conferences??

People really need to read the first few posts or so

Just a reminder the goal is to have 2 teams per BCS conference. If you select a non-BCS school please state what conference you want to move to within reason. (ie no Hawaii to the ACC/BigEast). Once a conference has 2 teams, no one else may go into that conference. BUT that doesn't mean you can't pick anyone in that conference. It just means you have to pick a conference to move to.

Also, there is an overriding rule above all else... Wood & Basebuck can't be in the same conference :p

ok, so everyone needs to be in a BCS conference? and you can take any team and place them in a conference that does not already have two teams...gotcha

iron needs to chime in with his pick of conference before we move along then

Yeah, Iron has to pick a conference...
I just assumed that you would move people to conferences, that made sense, after everyone picked their teams. I mean, if only one other person picks a midwest team, then having me in the Big 12, and Kansas in the Big Ten makes more sense. If nobody picks another SEC or ACC region team, then putting me in the SEC makes more sense. I just thought that waiting for teams to be picked would make it easier to figure out conferences.

Yeah, technically you are correct. But Nole would have to be willing to move.

i did pick an sec team....but if thats where you want...i will move

Move meaning moving Ole Miss to another conference or picking another team?

Also Iron... technically Houston could move to the Big 10 since afterall Texas is going to be a Big Ten team within the next 10 years

But yeah, we can sort through the mess in the end and if we do end up with one geographic outlier, I won't lose any sleep on it. Afterall, we did have Baylor in the Big East last year.
