Naw, we haven't advanced yet. I was in CBus too and then a family function last night had me pass out as soon as I got home last night.

Plus we still have quite a few people yet to do their stuff... Me, Sparky, mjs, BN27 & wood.

Good deal, I will get my stuff done this afternoon.

I finished up my week 1 game Friday against Arkansas. I don't know if it is the fact that I have all freshman in my defensive backfield but Ryan Mallet was an animal. Luckily I ended up winning 34-33.
I was up 34-20 going into the fourth and then Mallet took over. Every play went for like 30 yards. Is that the sliders or my young db's? They are all rated above 80.

That is interesting cuz I was able to hold the Texas Tech offense in check rather easily even with alot of my secondary being rated in the 70s. Heck, Crabtree even dropped a pass. So the question is... which will prove out for the season. Cuz the sliders should not help the CPU passing game. But then again the CPU QB will get hot from time to time and I have yet to see a slider set to prevent that.

Maybe Mallet ends up being a stud. Who knows...

yeesh. an OT win against UNC. did the sliders make my RB slower than shit?

Actually... it just made YOUR running back slower than shit.

But yeah... it made our RBs not as good as the previous year at the same time making the CPU's RBs alot better.

I mean... realitstically last year it was so easy to run the ball it was just wrong. I picked these sliders cuz it was suppose to make our running game alot more realistic. Which apparantly from what everyone is saying so far, it has.

Now if it seems like it went too far, let me know and I could up the RB ability a few points. But I really don't want to see 15 carry 300+ yard games with 10 TDs from the RB.

BTW, what was your RB's stats?

I don't remember exactly.....something like 12 carries for 56 yards or something like that.

I think the user's RB speed may be a tad too slow. My guy's no speed burner with an 89 speed rating, but when he was in the open, he looked like a fullback.
After one game I am on the fence. When I used th RB in a pass play he broke everything and went for 100 yards averaged 12yrds a play. On the ground he avg. 3.9 yards. For a MWC back that is about par for the course, against a 64 rated defense thats now pretty piss poor... so like I said I am on the fence until I play a few more games.

but I do agree with a Heisman winning back should have about a 7.0 ypc not 12 ypc with 94 TDS.
