The Patch screwed you. Before the patch, players would never fumble when they dove. Good game, though.

Oh, and thanks for knocking my best offensive player out for the next four weeks. I appreciate that. I only have four guys on the entire roster rated above an 80, and you took one out.

Ok, I wasn't able to log in last night. So much to my surprise when I checked this morning to see who needed to play and I was the only one that was holding things up. Oops.

So I did my recruiting this morning and advanced to Week 3. The First post in this thread is updated with scores from the first 2 weeks and rankings. The surprise of the first two weeks is buckeyemania11 getting burned by the sim as Colorado State upsets Colorado.

Week 3 seems like a biggie! We have 4 human games:

SMU v Air Force (Sparky... you are going down!!!)
BYU v Oklahoma State (Fanatic v Wood)
Army v MSU (Can Smooth take down the defending champ?)
South Florida v ECU (BN v MSJ)

Since we advanced on schedule the deadline is Sunday. So hopefully people can get their human games in over the weekend since Ohio State is off this weekend. But if you guys can't meet up by Sunday... let me know via PM or post in this thread.

As many as we can get in. It really comes down to how long people stay interested.

I know I will be playing NCAA09 til NCAA10 comes out, cuz that is what I do. I only buy 2-3 games a year and NCAA has always been a staple in my gaming and I am loving this game. But I also know not everyone is like that and might want out. Bleed is a good example as he is now addicted to crack (SOCOM) and their might be another game people move to and don't want to play NCAA.

But as long as we keep a core group together we will go as long as possible. Now we might speed up or slow down if that is what the group wants to do as dynamics change.

Heck, I can see a good possibilty that we might be down to 4-6 guys come April and someone that left might want to come back to see where there team is and get back in the flow for NCAA2010.

But we will cross that bridge when we get to it.

Thewood and I were playing and got disconnected early in the 2nd quarter.

He sent me a message saying he couldnt play now but was fine with me playing the computer. I cant seem to find how to do that. I imagine that the commissioner has to do something?

I am willing to wait for thewood as well.

I would have to set Wood on autopilot for you to play him.

So were you winning big or was it a close game?

Close game, tied at 7, early in the 2nd quarter, then the game was disconnected. Assuming the server, because our DNF's stayed the same and we each could finish against the CPU.
