The #1 FB gave me a soft verbal a few weeks ago, but he has yet to commit. This week he was visiting VT, who was second on his list and whose interest bar was also full. The only real way to lose a soft verbal is to have him commit after a visit, which he probably will do this week to VT. Hopefully them losing will help me, but I doubt it.

I can't imagine him not sticking to his soft verbal to you after the shelacking they got from their in state rival.

I didnt realize I had a game to play. I forgot we never advanced Thursday. I really doubt I can get my game in. Piney thoughts? It would be done tomorrow afternoon at the latest.

I got about 3 and a half hours sleep last night in Vegas. Im dead.

Don't worry, we didn't advance last night. So you can get the game done this afternoon.

FYI - We will advance tonight. 'Mania... where have ya been? Since you have been AWOL I will just put you on autopilot unless you say otherwise.

Besides that, whobe still needed to recruit (and he won't be able to get online this week, so will just sim his recruiting)

And wood... 3 1/2 hours sleep in your last night in Vegas? WHAT WERE YOU THINKING!!! You slept your last night there? :wink2: I never sleep my last night in Vegas, I sleep on the plane.

Only 1 human game over the next 2 weeks and I imagine 1 for the Big 12 Championship. Any objections to trying to advance to the Bowls by Monday June 1st?

sorry guys, ive been beyond busy lately

I am moving to Chicago within the next couple of weeks and all of this came along sort of suddenly so ive been spinning out of control and pretty much forgot about these leagues

so im probably done with the 2009 dynasties, I dont think ill be able to find enough time to play in the coming weeks, I will probably be all settled down by the time 10 comes out though

I'll be out of town from Thursday to Sunday evening. I'm going to the in-laws. They have an HDTV, so I'm going to bring the PS3. I want to see what the PS3 looks like in beautiful high def. They also have wireless, so I'll try to get on, but there's no guarantee I'll be able to.

I am out of town Monday June 1st - 5th on business. Fly back to OKC, immediately drive to Tulsa then to Springfield, MO on work for the weekend. Returning home Sunday night/Monday morning. Then the wife has an appointment to have our third child either Tuesday or Thursday. But the in-laws will be here, which means plenty of PS3 time! I can probably stop home that Friday morning and get my bowl game in real quick, will supersim the majority of it as long as I'm winning.

My wife could throw a wrinkle into all of this if she gets all selfish and goes into labor between now and then.

You're not going to believe the difference between SD and HD....as long as you're using an HDMI cable. I remember looking at screen shots and laughing because the game didn't look like that. Well....it did. Just not on my crappy TV.

Crap. I forgot about the HDMI cable. I'll pick one up tomorrow. How much does one of those cost? Any recommendations?
