Well, looks like Patch #2 might be out faster than I expected. The XBOX 360 version is supposedly out now.

One good thing about this. The 360 guys should fine some decent sliders by the time the PS3 version is available for download.

FYI - That sucks Iron, same thing happened to me in my other dynasty. Of course when I replayed it I lost. Not saying you are going to lose now, but just saying...
