NCAA09 PS3 BP Online Dynasty

I wasn't saying that. I was just saying that the majority of the people I target are decided by the second week of the offseason. Even the one's I don't get are commited.

I know certain guys don't even get to their top 3 (thus no visits) until week 3 or 4 and in some cases Week 5. Some guys piss you off and don't even allow in-home vists at all even as you sit #1 on their list... bastards!

At least that is the case for alot of last second recuits that us bottom feeders have to chase to try to fill recruiting classes.

Ummm, we don't go offline between now and next season.

And online dynasties you do not have the option of creating recruits.
i think he meant when he takes it offline and cheats by practicing.

cheating is also scoring from more than 30 yards out, and kicking field goals with all odd numbers left on the clock (1:35, 3:37,....).

A second question. If you take the dynasty offline will the Top 100 for next year be the same as it will be in the online dynasty? When does that list get generated?

What BN said. Don't waste your time taking your dynasty offline to see what next year's recruits will be. They won't be the same. I tried this the first season just to see if anybody would even be interested in me.

Quick question, I'm most likely going to land a 3 star ATH who's attributes say he's a RB with like 91 or 92 SPD and a 1 star Punter with 93 SPD. When I simmed the dynasty offline, both of them are like 64 OVR at their respective positions, but both are 70+ OVR at RE and LE....would that be considered cheesing simply because they're so fast at those positions? I wanted to make sure before I did anything.

I say no, because they will not get off blocks. So you can line them up out wide, but you will be extremely vulnerable then. Thats just my opinion.

I've thought about that as well, IF I decide to make that move, I may redshirt them so they can get a higher OVR. I'll most likely use it for teams who run the option and scrambling QB's.

I moved one of my 10 RB's to DE this last season (rated 80 at the position) and he sucked, Big Time. I could sometimes get off blocks for the tackle against the CPU or cut inside and then outside and run around the tackle for the sack a few times a game. He was ineffective against every human team but East Carolina.

I threw that guy an offer too, he just hated me anytime I talked to him. Line him up at SS of FS and redshirt him. He'll be amazing.

In my opinion defense is really hard to be cheesey at, but since you are so good on defense anyway...

Really Boxcar probable has the best advice since I did let him do that last year (Virginia had like 20 HBs).

In my opinion... feel free to try it. As long as they don't end up at FB/TE as per the only rules on 'position cheesing'

Then again why give up on the Fake punt chances of a 93 spd Punter

I already have FS's and SS's faster than that. I don't plan on punting this season either. All my possessions will result in touchdowns.

No kidding. Fake punt would be unstoppable. :tongue2:

I moved an RB to DE in the MAC dynasty, and he was really ineffective. I think the best way for a guy like that to be effective is to line him up at DE and move him off of the line as a stand up linebacker. Doing that is pure cheese though, because the line never picks those guys up. Basically, move them to DE at your own risk.
