4a. POSITIONS - There shall be no HB or WR with 90+ speed that can be listed in your FB or TE depth chart. For purpose of position changes during the offseason a HB/WR must weigh at least 220lbs to be switched to FB (along with a speed less than 90). For a switch to TE, the HB/WR must be at least 230lbs or 6'4 tall. That means if a HB/WR is not 230lbs, he must at least be 6'4, and if he isn't 6'4 he has to weigh more than 230lbs. (along with a speed of less than 90) Any exceptions must be approved by me, the commisioner.
I added something to the rules in Post #1. And as a reminder I will be checking depth charts this weekend for position cheesing. I just arbitrarily picked out weight/height combos (made sense to me). But it is more for a guideline. I figured a combo/either or weight/height metric would be the best to go. So it allows a 6'5 180lb WR to be TE or a 6'0 250lb TE. Ie it gives me wiggle room, the last sentence is there for the gray areas as I will try to apply common sense. (like always, PM if you have a problem with this)
