Yep

And next year (for this conversation let us assume you play Colorado again next year) You would play TAM & SMU at home and play Colorado, S. Florida & Michigan St away. And if you don't play Colorado you would have an even 2/2 split and the next time you play 5 games you would have a 2H/3A split.
I vote for 6 User games even though it will make national titles impossible for the big 12 folks.

I'm sick of playing the same users in the big 12 all the time

I misspoke earlier... 5 user games is what you have and will have to live with it . 3 in the non-conference should give you enough variety. Plus with Army wanting 3 (so he can keep the Army/Navy game) it actually gives me an even amount of teams that play 3 human non-conference games making scheduling not as impossible as it could be.

Or, since Basebuck wants four OOC Human opponents, and WOOD (assumption coming up) wants 2, then you could do that. Or not.

You know what that say about assuming. It makes U look like an ASS!
I don't need assumptions to make that happen.

Anyway, the assumption was that WOOD wanted fewer Human opponents, not that you could pull off the miracle of getting Basebuck Human opponents for all four OOCs. That would be a fucking pain in the ass.

Ok, got through my first draft fitting all the human games together. Most of them are in the first 3-4 weeks of the season with some notable exceptions. Teams with 'early' conference games in week 3 & 4 forced some later human games.

Some of these schedules are looking BRUTAL! Example is Colorado, since his first 2 conference games are against humans, he is looking at his first 5 games being all human opponents.

So this got me thinking... alot of people have Week 14 open too. Should I switch some of the human games to Week 14 (probable the marque matchups) to spread the human games out somewhat? Cuz by week 4/5 half the teams are done with their human games and only 4 teams with human games after week 7.

Or say screw it... let everyone battle it out early then people can pad their stats against the cpu the rest of the season and be able to recover against any human losses in the rankings?

EDIT - I will update Post #1 with my rough draft. I still have to fit the few cpu non-conference games in somewhere which may cause a shuffle of human opponents anyway to get some requests in. (DONE, check out Post #1)

I get to be the guinea pig for the incoming #1 Draft Class? Oh...this could get ugly.

Anyway, I'm good with Army's schedule. Just don't forget to add Navy.

Well, I can only do so much here at work. So I didn't add the cpu non-conference games (like Navy) just to see a clean slate. Of course the real fun is when I try to actually enter the games into the schedule on the PS3.

I see some real potential hazards. BYU/TCU will be interesting since I have to find quality opponents (or requested opponents) in their open spots in Week 7/8 or end of season. ECU will be fun to see what I can get in Week 6 or 8. So they are the most likely to move their human games to Week 13/14

Kentucky should be able to get Louisville in Week 3, and USF will get FSU in Week 3 as well, and Army/Navy should be there for Week 14. And then the Big 12 guys should have a wide variety available for Week 4.

My goal is to get this done tonight so I can post the final schedules tomorrow from work.

So the schedule looks like this

Advance to Week 1 Thursday (I'll do my preseason stuff Thursday night)
Advance to Week 2 Sunday night? (This will be interesting with everyone having a human game to see how much that slows us down)

At least I get to get my loss out of the way early....now if everybody else would just let me win, I'd really appreciate it.

Thought you would like the opportunity to avenge your Championship loss in week 1

And yes... I was greedy by scheduling SMU v Texas A&M in Week 1 :sneaky:

You're too kind, but I still expect a better game than the NCG. Hopefully you'll be able to play it from the comfort of your own home this time.

Wk5 - at S. Florida
I'M COMING FOR YOU!!!!

I have to avenge my only non-fanatic loss in either of these dynasties.
