well I was able to beat scUM @ their place

their dline was pretty much a immovable object for the majority of the game

I was up 13-10 and scored a TD to make it 20-10 with like 6 seconds left, and then they had a ridiculous kickoff return for a TD (5 or so broken tackles) as time expired to make it 20-17

not feeling too good about playing Ohio State next game

Penn State was brutal. Snuck away with a 28 - 20 victory, but I didn't think there was a chance in hell I could win.

Despite how WIDE open some of my WR were and how SET my QB's feet were, I somehow managed to throw the worst passes ever. I love the throw that ends up 20 yards behind my WR, seriously?

Anyway, I want to know the trick to having 20 INTs a game! I switch to my CB, the ball just continues to bounce off his chest. I can't complain, I had 5 INTs, but 10 with one guy?? Sick!

I'm playing Northwestern..

They go 3 & out - I drive and score - 7-0.

On 3rd down, they break multiple tackles, 79 yard TD - 7-7.

I drive, score - 14-7.

I hold NW, they punt, I fumble - NW recovers and scores. 14-14.

I'm driving, on the goaline, fumble - NW recovers and almost scores. They score right before half 21-14. Then the picks started, then I simed.

Recruiting is going well :lol:

lost 45-26 to the bucks.

Beanie & Jenkins returning kicks... that wen't swell.

I was up 14-0 end of the 1st. I drove made it 7-0. Picked off a pass from Beockman in the endzone for a 98 yard pick 6.

they took over 2nd quarter, 21-17 halftime.

I stop them and drove down, went for it on 4th and 1, didn't get it.

Stop them again and have to punt... Jenkins houses it making it 28-17.

I scored once more and then they had a pick six of their own.

Pretty close game - played a lot of cover 1 and only got burnt a couple times, but it sure did hurt when it happened.

I play man coverage around 80% of the time against the CPU. I've had my share of broken tackles, but I usually have a good swarming defense. I wonder if there's a setting that affects that, or if it's just my style of play.

The CPU has two long passing TDs against me this season, and both of them came against man coverage. One was a broken tackle on an out-route, the other was a go-route that left my corner (who was in bump-and-run) in the dust. Even with that, I've still had pretty good success with man coverage. Most of my interceptions are the result of it.

On another note, it looks like all the games are finished and all we're waiting on are bye-week recruiters.

Edit: Never mind. There's still a game. Of course, he's busy getting another dynasty into the offseason, so I guess there's a valid reason.

I would caution this against Ohio State. If your playing man, and they motion Saine out of the back field, you damn well better be playing the safety that's on him.

They went deep on me twice with that exact play. First one, TD, second - pick.

I won't, but feezy hasn't played USC yet either. So if you can get your recruiting in tonight, I won't be advancing until tomorrow morning at the earliest.
