All the way back at the first menu there is a place to set your 'Play Now' default settings. My settings were: Default away team = Kentucky; Default home team = Georgia; Default offensive playbook = Florida; Default Defensive Playbook = 4-2-5
When Michigan State tried playing a home game against Purdue, it kept coming up as having MSU wear Red and Black Jerseys, Offensive Playbook = Florida, and Defensive Playbook = 4-3 ( I can never get it to default to any defense other than 4-3 or 3-4). Everytime that I tried to change it in the game screen it would kick me or fanatic out.
I had to go all the way back to the first menu and change my settings to fit the game that I was playing. I was the home team, so Default Away was irrelevant. Defualt Home team = Michigan State; Default Playbook = Air Force; Default Defense = 4-3.
Once I changed the settings, in the first menu, to the actual team and situation that I was running, it let fanatic and I play the game. I normally use the Multiple Defense playbook, but the 4-3 was close enough to not be the cause of me eventually losing that game.
