Have you guys managed to recruit FBs? I can't seem to bring in any, and am forced to convert Power RBs to FB. My RS Frosh is highly rated, but the position switch leaves him slower than Shaq.

I don't mind when they slow down the LB to DE conversions, that's a natural process. But a power back should only lose a few speed points going to FB.

What they seem to do at TE is have converted WRs take an entire career to improve +4 in a blocking attribute, but not handicap their speed much. I'd like to see the same at RB, if they are a speed guy who can't block, then have them never learn. But if they're a bulldozer who can block ok, let them learn the position without turning into a lineman.

We really try to advance that evening (not midnight, say 10:30ish) so we can possibly get another game in that night...

moreso, it's a deadline, not a recommended time to play most of your games :p
