NCAA09 360 FSU Dynasty

as in before playing this week or no?

Part of it will depend on whether joe returns to existence or not. Either way, I'd like to advance before christmas (but won't require it). After xmas, I'll assume we will be on vacation until the start of the work week.

Advanced to week 7. The deadline is wednesday, but feel free to play before that evening :p

btw, the reason the tabs sometimes get relocated is because I occasionally have to change some settings, sim a game for an absent user, and when I switch everything back the tabs get moved.

Glad to hear you're beginning to mend, Joe.

Congrats to Miami, after 5 tries, they finally get a win.

Huge INT at the goalline proved to be the difference in the game, forcing me to go for an onsides kick with 3:30 left after cutting lead to 4. Miami recovers, punches it in to go up 10.

FSU houses the ensuing kickoff, but a bogus holding call (well after the returner broke free) brings it back, adn that ends the game.

35-25.

agreed on the call... but have to give it to the miami O-Line opening up holes for Cooper and McNeil, the threat of Heisman winner Cooper catching the ball out of the backfield keeps the D honest... the D also played stellar not letting up any huge plays, keeping the passing game in check, and getting some key INTs.

Did that end a 30+ game win streak?

My QB also finally made some mistakes, that goal line pass and a couple deep balls should never have been thrown. In past games I let Marve/etc give me a cushy lead, this game it was my qb making those mistakes.

Your line was impressive. In past years I've been able to stuff those and force you to use 4 downs a lot to get a first. I also have no idea why my guys refuse to stay with your TEs into the flats, even my 92 spd OLB. I had to go to zone which left me soft up the gut.

Did Cooper get hurt? Or did you just start riding McNeil?

31 game win streak, I believe.

Nice of me to help your recruiting like that

i line up cooper as the FB in that one formation, to maybe throw to him... and when running, i usually mix it up... and mcneil seemed to be getting more yds on the ground than cooper, so i stuck with him at the end... mcneil got knocked out for a couple series towards the end, though...

too bad i was too scared to invite anyone to that game :tongue2:

I was really hoping that ridiculous 1 hand INT by Griffin was going to be the difference in the game, esp with how much he loved Miami early in the process.

:slappy:

Well it looks like you have a lot of blue-chippers on your doorstep anyway, just leave me a RB. #1 RB Dedrick Ryan is going to be a career backup.
