Tonight's out, but I should be good Tuesday evening, unless you're set on watching fake NCAA Tournament games.

Tuesday night should work for me too. I am on-call this week, so just about any plans we make could change at the last minute. Of course, I'll pm you if I get called in.

Fanatic, anytime that you're ready to do the hand off is fine with me. Just let me know.

Good game, Iron. I'm done recruiting.
You too, Olaf. That was a hell of a game.

I score a FG on my opening drive. Olaf scores on a scoop and score fumble recovery later in the first quarter, and that was it for the scoring until Olaf kicked a FG near the end of the first half to make it 10-3. The next score didn't come until 1:37 remaining in the game when I hit super Soph Joe Barrett for a 73 yard strike down the right sideline. 10-10, and Olaf has all his TO's left. Didn't matter. He throws a pick on a bomb attempt down the left sideline, and my inability to complete a forward pass ends regulation. In OT I was able to grind my way to a touchdown. The first play from scrimmage for Olaf is down the right sideline for a completion. One missed tackle, two missed tackles, THREE MISSED TACKLES! FUCK! I forgot to turn strip ball back to normal. Lucky for me I was able to push him out of bounds inside the five. Next play. PICK! WHEW! fucking heart attack.

It's not the play, it's how bad the defense plays it. I had conservative coverage set, two safeties deep, focused on that receiver, and the WR still got behind the defense. It seems to happen to me every game. I know it's coming, I select a play just to protect the deep ball, but it doesn't matter.

That is ridiculous. Especially since I had almost two minutes left, and I wanted the stick or the out, not the streak. Once I saw that your safety stayed shallow, and with the way you'd been crashing down on everything, I looked up and saw that Barrett had beaten the CB. I wanted to score, but I didn't want to leave you with 1:37 and three timeouts.

Again, it's the defense, not your play. I had man called with two deep and no blitz. The CB stood there and the safety ran forward. I knew it was a TD as soon as you threw the ball.
Yeah, I understood. There's a lot of shit with this game that drives me crazy. Defense has more problems than offense this year, IMO. But the offensive and defensive failures in this game really limit what a user can do schematicallly.
