Iron I am thinking you can go ahead and sim my game with Basebuck. Not going to be able to play anymore today. I can play Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday during my usual hours of 130-6ish but thats it for the week. My bachelor party is this weekend, so that means I am leaving right after work on Thursday. My flight does not get back until 11pm on Sunday.

I'm sorry guys, but I'm too busy to play consistently enough to be in any online dynasty or franchise right now. Hopefully, things will settle down, but it doesn't look like that's going to happen anytime soon.:(

Have fun guys. Once Piney finishes with his game and recruiting, and WOOD and Basebuck finish with their game and recruiting, I'll advance to week 7, and leave the dynasty up as long as it takes for someone else to take over...if you guys decide to do that.

That sucks Iron... life has a funny way of re-sorting what is important in one's life as time moves on. Hopefully things settle down eventually for ya.

But time to move on. Iron is down... we need another guy to pick it up for him. So who wants to be the commish? I assume the gameplan would be after the next advance for the future commish to save the dynasty offline and then transfer that back online and invite everyone.

Also, I assume we want to continue and not restart. Thoughts everyone?

Thanks fanatic. Last thing I want to do is let you guys down, but I just couldn't pull it off this year. I'ts funny how a promotion, and helping to plan a wedding can really eat up the time.

I was just going to sim, since he couldn't do it this weekend, and you're doing your bachelor party next weekend. I was just waiting for Piney, and possibly Basebuck, to recruit before I advance.

How hard is it to just agree with the future Mrs. IronBuckI? I think the only thing I actually did was test taste reception food (god bless free food) and then my real focus was planning the alcohol :drunks:

We've advanced so fanatic can save the dynasty and get you guys back online at his earliest convenience.

OU beat Florida 58-41.

Not sure when this happened, but OU's starting center is out for the season with a broken hip, and DeMarco Murray is questionable with broken ribs.

Invites sent. I tried to mirror the settings as best as possible, I thought taking over as host would bring the same settings, but it didn't. If sliders need adjusted, we will do it next advance. I adjusted the ones that I could find within this thread. Home field, ice the kicker, 7 min quarters, etc are all done, its the sliders that I am concerned about.

Do you guys want to start advancing more frequently in this league as well? Say every Sunday / Thursday?

Only two slider tweaks. For User and CPU, FG Power is 35 and Kickoff power is 65. Unless the last patch fixed it, sliders supposedly go back to the default of 50 across the board, for user vs. user, anyway. So I'm not sure how much the sliders will affect the rest of your season.
