Quinn Pitcock should easily be rated that high. He is a returning started who is going to be preseason big ten at DT.

Speaking of Pitcock, when I was watching some preview movies I saw on one play that we had a "impact player" at DT. Couldn't think of who it was. Now I know its Pitcock.
