Several seasons ago I got a DC for my OC and he started with 0 points. But you normally get points to spread around unless it does that garbage.

what is your weekly schedule like? Thought you said you were in the armed forces so I'm not sure what hours you keep. I'm a SAHD so daytime is usually best for me. Can't do nights or weekends really.
