It may have been returned to Redbox on accident. Jack Ryan was in my PS3 but it was 'returned' on Thursday. I have called Redbox to try and get help but they have very little concern for my issue.

What happens is any disc returned that does not have a bar code falls into a trap in there system. The tech is there every Tuesday and every other Friday. He is supposedly going to call me if he finds it. But I have a small suspicion that she was just trying to get me off the phone. I may end up just going and buying a used one from GameStop.
