One, you about gave me a heart attack when you moved in front of me for the CB last week. I've been all in for him for a long time, he ended up a 78 CB and my first 95 SPD guy in this game for me. He committed to me in wk 2 after you moved in front.

He will be a starter for me, along with a 75 recruit. I graduate my top 3 CB's, but they weren't any good anyways. At this point I only have one guy left I want. I'm recruiting 8 guys for 6 spots, but don't care if I don't get any of them.

I went all in on that kid in week 1 got 600 plus points plus a visit. Then I had a less than steller 230 points in week two. i figured you would catch me and get him.

Each rating has its own criteria on how it improves, but essentially win more and most will improve. I don't know how quickly/much they improve each year. If you look on the my team section in recruiting, I believe, that's where it tells you how to improve your ratings and how you compare versus other schools.
