Good game shehadehot. I didn't have an issue with the 7 minute quarters, but also wouldn't mind dropping it down to 6 mins. Whatever everyone else wants

Hey Smooth,

Just a heads up for planning purposes, I'll be gone from Friday AM until late Sunday, it's doubtful that I'll be able to get on any time in that range.

Burning River 100 Miler in Cleveland, I'm crewing/pacing a buddy of mine. Anywho, I'm assuming we'll get [Strike]at least 2 advances before then,[/strike] 1 advance, but just wanted to let you know.

I'll be good to go on Monday, my priorities will be back in order by then.

EDIT: Struck through the two advances, MD and I won't be able to play until Thursday night at soonest.

No problem.

With coaching carousel turned on, recruiting probably won't be as much as a priority as it was in years past. If everybody's done with their games, I'm not going to wait on one or two guys to recruit before advancing. As of right not, jlb's the only one left to play, and I think he's in the middle of his game. Fanatic and Piney finished their games but still have recruiting to do. If jlb's finishes tonight, I'll advance around noon on Monday.

Wow. I'm really liking the 7 min. quarters right about now. I was down 17-0 with five minutes left against Clemson. However, by the time there were three minutes remaining I'd completed a TD drive, got a three-and-out on defense, got another TD on a 4th & 22 pass play, then got a sack/fumble scoop-n-score to take a 21-17 lead.

Tajh Boyd tore me a new one. He had a long TD run on a zone read play on their first possession, and generally looked like Peyton Manning out there before going out with an injury late in the 3rd quarter.

Also Smooth, this is the week my wife is having the baby (scheduled C section) on Wednesday. Don't wait on me on advances this week. I'll try to get my games in, but this week is obviously going to be nuts. I think I can keep it up for the most part and will recruit via web if I have to.

Where are your priorities? Kids these days. Back in my day, I played ODs while I walked uphill both ways to my wive's births. In the snow.

I would have gotten my recruiting done last night if it wasn't for EA. Their dynasty servers went down in the middle of my recruiting.

I got halfway done... but the half I didn't get done are my priority recruits (the important ones) So if you can hold off til about 8-9pm... that would be much appreciated.

If only they had an app for online dynasties... Work firewall won't give me access and trying to recruit using my phone web browser is a pain (not mobile friendly)

I tether my phone at home... but at work I can't reach my home network :wink: Not like I have options as I prefer not to mess with a DOD firewall :biggrin:

I will like to go on record... Ohio is my dream job and I am here for the long haul! There is no other coaching job I would even think about at this moment...
