I'm not sure why the computer let me win this game, but I'll take it.

Playing at home against 3-5 Boston College, and I could not do anything. I threw a few picks, and wasn't able to stop their offense. BC was up 21-7 at halftime, and took a 28-7 lead early in the third quarter. I received the kickoff, and once again the supermen on BC's defense could not be beat. On 3rd and 7 I went back to pass, tried to scramble up the middle, and was blasted by their middle LB, I fumbled, but was lucky enough to recover the ball. That's when it all changed.

I punted, put a big hit on BC's return man, and he fumbled it. My gunner stopped posing for his big hit just in time to pick up the fumble and return it 49 yards for a TD. 28-14 BC.

Next possession I force them into a 3rd and long, and a pressured BC QB makes a bad pass that is intercepted by my nickel back, and is returned ~60 yards for a TD. 28-21 BC.

Another kickoff, and on the first play from scrimmage BC's QB throws to the flat, where my #1 corner makes the pick, tight ropes the sideline, and runs it back 30ish yards for another TD. 28-28, and I've just scored 3 TDs in ~2 minutes of gametime.

Now, my defense is dog tired, and BC has decided to run the ball. Their running game has no problem with my tired defense, despite rotating my d-line, the rest of my D is still tired. BC scores a TD at the start of the 4th, 35-28 BC. My defense needs a rest, so I go on a three minute run heavy drive, and tie the game again with a little over two minutes left.

This is where the CPU really loses its mind. They come out in the wildcat, fail miserably on the first run, but now it's under two minutes, and the AI decides to run the hurry up. They try to throw a pass with their WR playing QB, and he throws it right to my safety. And, even though pass defense is set to aggressive, my safety drops the pick. They get their QB back in the game, and, naturally he completes a long pass, near the sideline, for a first down. That was the end of BC though. A sack, an incompletion, and another sack later, and it's 4th down with a little over a minute left.

I was finally able to complete some passes, and took it down to the 20, and kicked a FG as time expired. 38-35 Georgia Tech.

I'm not sure why BC was so difficult, especially since it was a home game, and I really don't know why I was able to make up a three TD deficit in such a short time, when I couldn't do anything up until that point, but I'll take the win, any way I can.

GG MD. Sorry about that almost 2 PT conversion, I received a phone call right before the TD play and was sidetracked. I am just glad I caught quickly enough to call a TO. I wasn't purposely pulling any shenanigans.

Edit: You were getting the best pressure with your DL that i have experienced in this game. Was that you controlling it or do you just have that dominate a line?

 not sure I'd call it a GG, but same to you lol. No worries on the 2 PT. I usually control the DL, so thanks on the compliment. Not sure what the issue was on a few plays, I'd hit X and my QB would throw the ball away....that absolutely killed me on the third down where I ended up attempting the 56 yard field goal lol.

SEC speed killed me again :p

Passing was quite the adventure again. Both of us had open receivers but either overthrows or hits knocked them loose. My QB has been tearing it up this year and has been very accurate except in your game and vs Shehad. I must be doing something different, or the game changes in user games.

There's definitely lag in user vs user games, so that probably causes it. Pretty annoying lol

Piney's going to cream himself when he finds out that you can download a csv file with every recruit, and the letter grades for all of their attributes. Every single attribute is now easily sortable, without the shit "Find Recruits" search that we used to have to use.

Hmmmm, so since it's in the game... it's in the game. Fanatic, you just want to skip the SEC title game since the loser is still going to play in the National Championship game? :p

The recruiting is a gazillion times better! You can actually see how close you are to getting a commitment/other schools to the single point.

Really??? Now that I might cream my pants on... but not this...

Actually you were able to do that before. As that is how I put together my recruiting board :nerd: I ranked all my recruits before the season and have a spreadsheet all set for my sorting joys. Now if this csv file included the point totals and/or % then I would definately cream myself as that would save me a few hours of fun I have going through my top potential targets at each position to determine who I should recruit versus pipedreams being too far behind.
