NCAA 06 March madness question

I just got this game for PS2 a couple of weeks ago and have a strange question.

In dynasty modes, recruits/NCAA/school president send messages to the coach via his PDA, but I cannot read any of the message because the writing is sooooo light and there is some artificial glare added to the center of the screen. I've tried adjusting the tv settings, but I still can't read anything, no mater how much I play with the contract/black-level, etc.

Has anyone else had this problem and is there any way to fix it?

I got the game for X-BOX.

Sorry, but I have no clue how to help, ive never messed with the PDA or any settings or anything, and its always been fine for me...

I have the game and have not ran into this problem, sorry. Maybe, try to contact EA.

Drat! I think it must be my television. I've had problems with lighting and glare on other games that I have played on this television. I was hoping that it was a game flaw.

Time to get a new tv, maybe. That could be fun. Or expensive. Or both.
