I'll be leaving for the game in an hour or so, so you folks won't be graced with my presence here for a while..
Of course if'n ya'll MISS me, I can always post from Sun Life Stadiu ^H^H^H^H^H^H^H^H^H^H F that, Joe Robbie Stadium...

I always have problems getting service at Ohio State football and basketball games. Good to here there aren't enough people at a Miami game to overload the cell tower.

I'd be shocked if SunLife can hold even 60-70% of Ohio Stadium's capacity.
Plus, they're on the border of two counties, and there's a CRAPLOAD of towers everywhere. Radio, TV, and cell!
Talk about irradiating your brain? Yep - SunLife is the place to do it!

Honestly, I feel for those boys... they have what, 8-10 players suspended?
They've played with all-heart attitudes, especially in the LSU game, and it kills me to see them like that.
An entire team screwed over by a selfish few, who care about nothing and noone beyond themselves.

Still think the stadium sucks...
It's NICE enough, but just has no heart, no feel.
Feels more like a neutral site playing there, rather than the atmosphere at the OB.
Shame - I will definitely miss the OB.

First shot is with like 9:00 left, 33-10.
But yeah - like I've said many times before, Miami is a SHITTY sports town.
If you're not undefeated and vying for an NC, or if it's not THE EVENT, ie, an FSU-MiA, ND-MIA, OSU-MIA, then they're not interested.
Our half, plus the two end zones were pretty much packed. Across was the visitor area, and was, um, a tad empty.
Night game, not televised (not her e- not on ESPN2 here in SoFla), rain was forecasted (rained a teeny bit), NLCS was on, UFC PPV on...
Hmm... sounds like I'm trying to make up excuses? But I know better...

Visitor's side? There's your problem. A tiny section in A Deck to the right of the goal post and another tiny section in the upper corner of the end zone is all the Buckeyes give to aliens. Looks to me like you're working on some sort of Indiana Parity program there in Coral Gables.

The OB was about a mile, maybe mile and a half from the campus.
Sun Life stadium, is about 20 miles away, fully a 30-45min drive, because you drive through the city, to the northern end of the county. Literally. The county line is about 1/2 mile away.
I'm telling ya - it feels like a neutral site, not a home field.
