Myrtle Beach.

I used to go to MB annually as a kid, but have started to venture farther south around the Surfside area. Actually this year I might go to Hilton Head.

Myrtle Beach is a blast, but has become over commercialized. When I was 18 it was killer, but now I'm all for chillin with a cooler of beers on the beach. I've been there 17 times in my life and have watched that place boom. Still a great place to go though, I never discourage a trip there. Well........Except during Black Biker Week......... :tongue2:

When I was stationed at Ft. Bragg my buddies and i would go down to Myrtle Beach about 2 or three times a month and have fat girl contests. We would set a time to meet back at our hotel room with a fat chick. The guy with the fattest chick didn't have to sleep with her, although he usually did just to be polite.

it depends on where you stay. i've gone to south myrtle beach twice. mother fletchers and the freaky tiki club are two good places.

my advice is the following: your not allowed to have sex in the hot tub of the Southwinds Motel at 4:00am, and those curbside stands that have newspapers in them arent quite sturdy enough for someone to run and jump on and try to mock surf.

Ah yes, the Freaky Tiki! Great place, fun times. As I stated before, Myrtle Beach is a very cool place, it's just very packed in the summer, so I don't venture into downtown as much as I used to. Once you've seen one Eagles or Wings store, you've seen them all.

We were in MB in late August. Very nice weather. About a week before the hurricanes started. Great Putt Putt down there. Intercoastal is great.

We stayed at a condo in Garden City.

I don't know how those people can live down there with those roaches, the size of mini vans, I'm sorry, palmetto bugs.
