MY GOD, i am rooting for scum AND nd right now

I wanted USC to beat ND since my hatred for ND burns more intensely than 100 white hot stars. The "resurrection" of some ND "fans" this year is a friendly reminder to me why my intense hatred for that program has grown to what it is. Hence I was very very happy to see the game end the way it did.

I was basically ambivalent in the scUM-PSU game. Seeing scUM lose, especially since they already have 2 losses, is always entertaining especially when the camera pans the crowd. I guess that in that game I found myself in a win-win situation; someone would lose and I would be happy with it.

I couldn't chose between ND or USC. But scUM was clearly my preference. My whole block is aware of my allegiences. Four houses down heard me cheering on the Wolverines as shouts of "Go you cocksucking blue bastards, go" filled the air.

scUM and PSU

I found myself flipping back and forth between channels so I could watch both Notre Dame and scUM. Now that scUM has beaten PSU, I can go back to rooting for them to lose ALL the games for the rest of their season. I found I was vomiting each time I would cheer for scUM to get a first down. :)

I was pulling for USC over ND. Last week when we were in the national title hunt I was going to pull for ND. We need everyone ahead of us to lose as many as possible to get into a BCS game even if we don't get the automatic bid from winning the Big 10. A Notre Dame win all but guarantees they're getting one of the at-large BCS bids. Aren't they automatically in with ten wins? Notre Dame getting one of the at-large bids just reduces our chances of making it to a BCS game.

that's a good point, and I think it was LJB who brought up that SC is far away from here, so the boasting is much less audible. Weis is already looking dangerous, no need to jump start his recruiting any more than what will happen already. It would be very swell to put the beat down on ND in the bowl game
