Music during NFL broadcasts?

FOX is testing music during broadcasts. Not during actual play, but in-between plays when analysis usually takes place. It wasn't as distracting as I expected it to be, but I find it completely unnecessary and tacky. What do you all think?

Fox admits their game-time announcing crews are the worst?

Steel drums, probably not the best accompaniment. The orchestral string section actually added to the situation, even if it was a 26-point blow out. The 80s rock song was eh, and reminiscent of an extended SportsCenter highlight. The drumline was the most appropriate and actually fit quite well.

I just felt like they were getting ready to go to commercial between every play.
