Moving to Cleveland?

So, it seems as if there is a good chance that I may finally be heading back to Ohio after a 5 year hiatus even if it is Cleveland.

Does anyone have recommendations for nicer areas to live? Place I could be working is on the west side of downtown, if that makes sense... somewhat close to Lakewood.


I don?t have to be right in that immediate area, though I would like to be < 20-30 min of a drive from that area.

I have no idea what areas are nice, and what aren?t? I know the Real Estate market is pretty much dead in the area overall from what I have heard but I would really like a place that I could sell in 5 or so years.

Sure, I recommend Columbus or Cincinnati!
