Complete shot in the dark, but does anyone (or know anyone) own a house/condo that they are looking to rent in the suburbs around Cleveland? We are thinking somewhere south of Cleveland. Like I said, a shot in the dark, but I figured why not?

The transportation department says the noise wall will be built this fall. It will span 400 feet along a westbound stretch of Interstate 70 near Columbus.

CLEVELAND ? Ohio plans to build a sound barrier made out of soil and plants in the state's first eco-friendly attempt at muffling highway noise.

Not an accident to have that school in Independence.. cuz the cops in that town are known for kickin ass... The town pays for itself via speeding tickets... :tongue2:

What do you folks think of Medina as a landing spot?

I had to be downtown Cleveland Saturday morning. I was heading north through Independence about 7:30 and the cops were out. The northbound road is four lanes wide and the edge of the road is two lanes wide. However, the speed limit is 50 miles a flipping hour. I slowed down because Independence and Brecksville cops are always out but someone behind me was pulled over.

What do you folks think of Medina as a landing spot?

It was considered before I found a job in the University Hts.-Cleveland Hts. School District. We actually are looking for houses in the Lyndhurst area to purchase. Seems to be a nice area. Plus, Lyndhurst is not far from 271 for the wife and not terribly far from my middle school.
