Motor City Bowl - C. Mich 31, Mid. Tenn St. 14 (Dec. 26, 2006)

i have central michigan rolling in this one. i watched them play against BC and they were pretty impressive and dont quote me on it but i think they played michigan and hung around for a while. scrappy little MAC team has the advantage here granted i havnt seen MTSU at all this season im still like central in this one.

Over under = 50 (That's attendance, not score)

Don't be having fun at George Perles's expense.

The 10th Motor City Bowl, featuring a team from Michigan for the first time, drew a record crowd of 54,113 at the home of the NFL's Detroit Lions.

"People laughed at us when we started this bowl," Motor City Bowl CEO George Perles said. "I don't think people can do that anymore."

Kind of like when Bowling Green played Wisconsin at the Browns stadium?
Pretty much exactly, yeah.

CMU has now won just as many games at Ford Field as the Lions. It's a good thing I didn't grow up a Michigan State fan otherwise I'd have absolutely no clue what rooting for a winning football team is like :(
