SCUM ! lol! You obviously have not a clue about ND's DB's! LOL!! At least yours turn their head to see if the ball has been thrown or about to be caught. All ND's have done since Lou left is try and tackle the receiver after he catches the pass and sometimes that doesn't happen....

KC has the same problem!
Did I miss something? Whose side of this argument are you on, now? It looks like you're now making fun of ND defense.

Purdue a bottom feeder? Didnt you loose to them even thought they played there back-up 9/10 of the game?

So, we lose a close game on the road to a Purdue team that was 2-4 in the conference at the time, and now Purdue's a good team? Here's Purdue's conference record since 1990:

2004: 4-4
2003: 6-2
2002: 4-4
2001: 4-4
2000: 6-2
1999: 4-4
1998: 6-2
1997: 6-2
1996: 2-6
1995: 2-5-1
1994: 3-3-2
1993: 0-8
1992: 3-5
1991: 3-5
1990: 1-7

Granted, Joe Tiller has significantly improved Purdue since his first season in 1997, but Purdue is still far from being a powerhouse. Maybe not a bottom feeder, but they're a middle-of-the-road conference team at best.

Heck yeah I am! Unlike some of the overzelous homers on this board I admit the weaknesses of my team .......
No, just about everyone else here is also willing to admit the weaknesses of your team.

Sorry KATT but your was no much/if at all better last year....

AND I REPEAT! IF AT ALL!

I never said otherwise. All I said was that many people were willing to talk about the weaknesses of Notre Dame. Based on the last 14,742 posts in this thread, with every post ripping ND (except for your's), I think that is a reasonable conclusion, don't you?

Ahhhh, what the hell. I'll try to keep this thread going....

Some conclusions that I've gathered during this thread:

1. I've always admired ND for scheduling some tough games throughout their season. However, the argument that OSU hasn't played strong OOC teams over the past decade is weak at best.
2. I don't understand half of the posts that NDC makes. I routinely find myself reading back over the messages to try to decipher his hidden message. Is he ripping on the Bucks? Is he ripping on ND? It's a mystery. Usually I come to the conclusion that he's just ripping on Mili.
3. It's nice to have constant involvement from fans of other teams. I enjoy a good argument every once in a while. As long as things stay civilized (none of the "oh yeah, well I saw your mom naked" crap), it's a great way to pass the time.
4. Unless you are an attractive woman, no one should ever admit to enjoying wine coolers, fruit daiquiri's, fuzzy navels, or any made from Schnapps.
5. Last but not least...Notre Dame sucks and I can't stand them. Nothing against you, NDC, but I actually watch the ND/scUM game with no emotion at all. Well....I guess I secretly root for a game that's played to 27 overtimes and at the end, the teams decide that they should both earn a loss.

By my calculations (gathered at this worthless site), in the past 10 years, that is from 1995 - 2004, Notre Lame's record against Big 10 teams is 11-16. Chief that is a 40.74% winning percentage, pretty lame if you ask me.

Against scUM, MSU, and Purdue over the same time frame the Shamers are 11-13, which is a slightly better winning percentage at 45.83%, yet still pretty lame. (BTW, those other 3 games that Neutered Lame played against Big Ten teams other than scUM, MSU, and Purdue that they obviously lost were the 2 games against the Bucks and the 1995 game against Northwestern.)
