I love it when fatasses on TV defend their fatness by saying it's their hormones or some other BS. weight loss is simple:
Calories eaten - calories burned = Weight gain
If you have slow metabolism, instead of whining about it, exercise more.
Doctorbs need to stop sugarcoating news to their patients and just saying, "you're too fat. you need to lose weight or you may die early"
