I say, it is not the consumer's responsibility to insure he has paid the asking price, but the seller's responsibility to insure they get what they want for a product. If someone wants to give you free shit, that's up to them. If they don't want that to happen, they need to train their clerks better.

The funny thing is, that the clerk at walmart (dvd) kept screwing with it at the checkout. It was asking for some kind of code to be put in, then she looked up and asked if that was all my stuff so I thought she was finished with it.
