Not sure if there is a thread on this game, but I couldn't find it so if there is a thread then gladly close my thread.

The game is dropping 11.10.09

Follow up to Call of Duty 4 and is being made by the same team who made COD4

Here's a new multiplayer trailer (07/28/09):

That is all multiplayer so there will obviously be new kill streak rewards which is awesome.

Here's the gameplay from E3 (Single Player):

There are three versions of the game being released:
Basic Edition: $60
Hardened Edition: $80 (Comes with Steelbook with Metallic Finish, Artbook, Download Code for the Original COD)
Prestige Edition: $150 (Comes with everything in the Hardened edition plus real life Night Vision Goggles and a stand for the goggles)

That multiplayer trailer is freaking sick. This game is going to make me a hermit

I don't know just looked at the IGN rewind, of the multiplayer trailer. One thing that pissed me off is the new ability to "stick" people with Semtex. Basically throwing plastic explosive and sticking it to someone ala Halo. I really don't like that. But this will still take up a lot of free time lol

Haha, a few of my friends and myself started playing again about a month ago.. it comes back quickly.

As long as there's an M40 + ACOG on MW2, I'll be fine. :biggrin:

This reminds me of Battlefield 2142(PC) where people were experts at running up to you with RDX(sticky type bomb) and then blowing your ass up.

I like that every once in a while, but what draws me into COD is the constant action. I'm a Team Deathmatch fan. It's non-stop. My favorite game ever was like Hardcore.. SOCOM II. But the community aspect was much better in S2 and I knew I could get on and play with people who played together.

ahh i c. It seems to me that the newer the game is, the more people work together to win. I know what your saying though, it makes the gameplay so much more serious.
