I've watched every game Hall has played in the NFL being a Falcons fan. Everytime Hall is getting torched he starts getting 15 yard penalties, almost just to take the attention away from the fact he is getting lit up. Very talented guy but the definition of a head case.

He was pulling him out of bounds and then realized he was already there, so he held on to make the guy's fall lighter. flag it because it looked bad, but it wasn't nearly as bad as people want it to be.
