MNF: Giants(-7.5) at Browns

That timeout allowed the Browns to get back in the game on defense. I think they were wore out after a long drive by the Giants, and then getting no rest as the Giants started another long drive after the INT return.

It's nice to see the Browns finish strong. Feed it to Jamal and don't let them have it back unless you break off a big TD run!

They just said the Giants held the ball for eleven minutes on those two drives that ended with the INT and turnover on downs. That timeout by the Giants was definitely a big help in closing this one out.

And Jamal is running with bad intentions! I like it!

If our offense and defense plays like this every night (minus those damn false starts) we can roll with anybody imho.

Anderson looked great tonight, Lewis had a solid game, and our passing game got back to form.

Great win, go Brownies!!

1st down. :banger:

I'm gonna refrain from gathering too much optimism, but this is definately a good feeling. Maybe, just maybe, the season began today for these guys. Just please do something about the penalties, my girlfriend was looking at me like I was a lunatic.

For those who like excessive compliments and being told how great they are, tune into ESPN tonight and the post-game coverage.

ESPN does an amazing job of turning minor successes into end-all be-all predictions and statements.

Should be fun...

I root for the Browns and the Reds. I deserve to bask in this occasion.

Good game tonight by the offensive and defensive lines. The procedural penalties by the O-line were garbage, but on the occasions that the lined up properly and started on the snap they did a great job clearing a path for Jamal and giving DA time to throw.

Also, the D-line did their job tonight. The Browns created turnovers because they were able to apply pressure. It wasn't the kind of devastating pressure that you see from the best and most intimidating defensive teams out there, but it was good enough to make Manning uncomfortable and change his throws.

It was good to see the progress in the trenches tonight.
