The back story is great. Not a single player got ejected. Shit, these days half of both teams would get suspended for six games. :lol:

I don't remember seeing this on TWIB. This is the kind of stuff you missed if these weren't your local teams.

Hrabosky was an absolute dick, btw. Hated that clown even as a kid.

They struggled down the stretch, yes, but them falling to seven is partly due to this year's playoff format. MLB guaranteed the top two finishers in each division a top six seed (which is dumb, btw). That's how you end up with a 29-31 Astros team "earning" the six seed.
