I'm getting better at hitting on Rookie. Patience really is the key.
I think I read somewhere that you can do a fantasy draft for online leagues. That would be pretty cool.

I'd give an online game another try.....but I wouldn't like to play if it's lagged at all. This game depends so much on timing.

The few games I have played online, they were lagging nightmares. Basically guessing on the timing and hoped I made contact. You cant check swing even when using the normal swing. I dont understand how Call Of Duty can have 20 people on one map and it not be laggy but Sony cant make an online experience where the ball doesnt jump from pitcher to catcher without having to honor obnoxious physics.

Thank god I waited on you guys to let me know if I should get the game or not. Plus the demo, while impressive was hard as hell to hit the ball.

I really like the game. It is fun an addicting and was well worth the money. To me. But it is more of a simulator than video game with offense only. I am 18-12 or something like that on rookie so it is definitely difficult. My batting average is a league best .320 and pitching is a little tougher, but overall really like the game.

now that ive kind of got the hitting down its a bit more funner
as far as online play goes I guess it varies from person to person, ive played about 20 or so games and have had minimal lag if any
