edit2- you can still win if it goes to 3 ots... they have to go for 2... and then play d...

Up by 14 and getting the ball back with 12 minutes to go - if they had fair caught that punt, they could have killed the clock and probably won this game.

ASU]s formula for losing a game they should have won:

Fumble a punt with a 2-TD lead in the 4th quarter.

Give up a 3rd and 15 with a PI call to let them make it a 1-score game.

Let them convert after 2nd and 29, and then let them score on a 4th down to tie the game.

Get the ball late in a tie game and with a 2nd and 3 near midfield, the QB takes a loss and they end having to punt with about 90 seconds left.

Mizzou missed a 48-yard FG, so ASU could still win in OT, but it'll be tough to cover - I'm hoping for triple OT to get those 8-point scores. :biggrin:

right before he had them just kick it... he called a timeout to set a play to try to get them to jump... then called a second when it didn't work...

Well whatever it was it was fucking stupid...that was major gaffeville, he'll be answering questions about that all year if they lose this game.

yeah gambled to get 5 extra yards.... could have ran on 3rd and got yardage for sure... lol... that is why he is Missouri's coach.
