Mitchell's or Hyde Park?

One of these days I am going to try one of the mega steak restaurants.

Hyde Park Grill
Smith and Wollensky(sp)
Ruth Chris
Mitchell
Morton's

Which One?

I will have to re-mortgage the house to pay and I can cook a very good steak on the barby but just once I plan to splurge. Can you get a nice single malt at each? Some of them advertise Kobe beef as well. Has anyone tried that?

I've eaten at each one (actually multiple locations for each one with the exception of Mitchell's)... Based only on food I'd go with Hyde Park (make sure you order the blackened scallops as an app. and ask the server for a basket of the pretzel bread). For a business setting they're all good and professional. Another one to add to the list is Stoney River (it's a chain, but good... pricey and very dark, but still good)...

Lindey's, Handke's, Spagio, and Cameron's all prepare a great dishes as well (they all have steaks, however other items on the menu are even better than their beef selection)...
