I got surprised with tickets for my birthday! Wife is from Minnesota (where we also live) but is a buckeye fan as well so it's going to be a blast.

Hopefully a night game like 2015... especially since we only have Nebraska as probabilities.

Sparty and the Pedsters play a B1G East elimination game and tsun has to deal with Wisconsin.

As far as Minny goes; they were 3-0 against 3 tomato cans and now 0-2 in B1G play to Maryland and Iowa.

True Freshman QB behind an OL that can't protect him very well at all.

Defense has surrendered 42 and 48 points against their two B1G opponents so far.

Fleck has a bunch of true freshmen in his two deep. He's going to get rolled.

Disappointed to know Winfield Jr. is injured, but it's a slight relief not to play against him. Kid was ballin' out for the Gophers.

This one worries me far less than Indiana, which I thought would be the solid-but-not-all-the-way-threatening test. I'm not sure this one is even a test. Iowa put up 48.

Yep

TCU, PSU and IU had varying levels of a competent passing threat. Minne is in no danger of threatening anyone with their passing game.

Their pass defense didn't look bad, until they played someone with a pulse. Haskins and company will give them a very harsh dose of reality.

And it's not just the match-up. The timing could not be worse for the Gophers. Last year, after the no-show in Kinnick, the Buckeyes were focused and took the Spartans to the woodshed 48-3. If that pattern holds this year, the Gophers are going to be in here-we-go-again mode by the middle of the 2nd quarter (or sooner).

Yeah this will be a game where most of our folks will be out by halftime... their best players on both sides of the ball are out with Winfield and their good RB as well .

Great game to have ahead of Purdue so we can get some people a breather.

I’m hoping Haskins gets his early and gets out quickly. One of the hits he took in the second half looked painful. Do not want to see that again. Get a big lead and get him out.
